Melcher Dallas, Iowa is my home town. I lived there until the Summer following my Freshman year of high school when we moved to Ankeny, Iowa. I am a graduate of Ankeny High School and then went to Simpson College in Indianola, Iowa. I began working for an insurance company in Des Moines right after I graduated from college and that is where I met my husband. We got married in West Des Moines, IA and ten months later we followed his dream of purchasing his father’s insurance agency in Rock Rapids. In 2016 I sold our agency to Frontier Insurance & Real Estate and joined their team. We have two sons, Alex and Jay. In my spare time I enjoy following my kids to their activities.
